They're dishwasher safe and can be used in the microwave in 20-second intervals*. Note that 12 oz. silicone bowl lids are not compatible; choose a Dip n Pour Bowl Silicone Lid instead. *Microwave use may cause staining. Red sauces and certain foods can stain the plastic.
