Pick - up sticks, also known as Spillikins, Jerk - Straw, or Mikado, is an age - old game adored by kids worldwide for centuries. Even the Victorians were fond of it, playing with fancy ivory or bone sets in their parlours. Our set is made of wood, with about 31 sticks in each pack. Each stick is around 18 cm long. The box measures approximately 22 x 5 x 2.5 cms.

To play this pick - up sticks game, first, scatter all the sticks on a flat surface. Then, take turns trying to pick up a single stick without moving the others. The goal is to collect as many sticks as you can. Be careful not to move other sticks while picking one up, or your turn ends. When it comes to maintenance, keep the set in a dry place to prevent the wooden sticks from warping. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight for long periods. If the sticks get dirty, you can gently wipe them with a dry cloth.
